It is an open space where entrepreneurs will develop their projects, sharing space, knowledge and experiences, creating a participatory, collaborative and innovative environment. These facilities and business offices are spread out between the two head offices of Cajamar Innova.

Main office
Cajamar Innova’s main office is located in Almería city, where all training programmes and mentoring take place. Within the facilites, made up of more than 600 m2, there are two spaces supplied with Wifi. One of them is for incubation and the other one is for business acceleration, and they have capacity for 20 businesses at the same time (44 work stations). There are also several rooms and communal areas, such as:
- Multipurpose room for generating ideas, delivering presentations or training
- 3 meeting rooms fully equipped for videoconferencing
- Technology showcasing area: A space for showcasing the technologies being developed at Cajamar Innova

Fundación Cajamar’s Research Centre
The Research Centre “Las Palmerillas” has two studios with 20 work stations for businesses and some communal areas such as 2 meeting rooms and a conference hall with capacity for 100 people.
